Miaoyuan Wang, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon whose focus is to provide the highest standard of care for her patients.

Dr. Wang specializes in diagnosing and treating all types of skin cancers including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. She performs Mohs surgery for skin cancer along with excisions for both malignant and benign skin lesions. She also practices general medical dermatology for both children and adults. She cares for the spectrum of dermatologic conditions ranging from acne, psoriasis, skin cancer screenings, and eczema. Her expertise combined with her compassion makes her a special surgeon and dermatologist.

Dr. Wang graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with an undergraduate degree in fine arts and earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine. She completed her residency training in dermatology, followed by a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology, at Roger Williams Medical Center in Rhode Island. There she served as chief resident prior to beginning her fellowship.

Dr. Wang is an active member in the American Academy of Dermatology, American College of Mohs Surgery, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She has published in national journals including “Dermatologic Surgery” and the “Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology.”
